I'm the kind of person who genuinely loves to learn. You'll
often find me reading books on psychology, neuroscience,
habits, relationships, leadership, or spiritual growth—not
because I have to, but because I'm endlessly curious.
And I've always been fascinated by people.
How can two people experience the same circumstance and
respond so differently? Why do we repeat patterns we
desperately want to change? Why do fear, shame, and
insecurity so often keep us stuck?
Those questions have shaped much of my life.
They led me to study psychology and counseling, earning a Bachelor's degree
in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling. They led me to spend years walking alongside individuals and families through some of life's most challenging seasons. And they continue to fuel my curiosity and passion for learning every single day.
The more I study, the more I'm convinced that information alone doesn't change people. Transformation happens when truth reshapes the way we think, and when that truth is put into practice through intentional action.
That realization only fueled my curiosity. I wanted to understand why people get stuck—and, more importantly, what truly helps them grow.
The more I explored these areas, the more I saw the connection between identity, thoughts, choices, and the direction of our lives. I became passionate about helping women understand what is happening beneath the surface—because lasting change begins when we understand the foundation we are building from.
My faith is central to how I understand people, growth, and lasting transformation. I believe we are created with purpose and designed for growth, and I love helping women discover practical tools that support meaningful change. Whether you're exploring faith yourself or simply looking for support and guidance in this season, my hope is to create a compassionate space where you can reflect, grow, and take your next intentional step.
If our paths cross, my hope is simple: that you'll leave feeling more equipped than when you arrived, more hopeful than when you came, and more confident in the next step ahead.
I hope we get the opportunity to connect.
